How long have you been in the automotive industry?
I've been professionally working in the automobile industry since 2008.
What do you enjoy doing on your day off?
Traveling is a big part of my life currently. I recently traveled to South Korea, and plan to visit Vietnam in the summer. I try to travel abroad at least once a year, along with doing a couple domestic trips. Other activities I enjoy are playing in a hockey league, snowboarding, hiking, taking pilot lessons, disc golfing, golfing, hunting, fishing, eating, eating, and more eating.
What can customers expect while working with you?
I am here to be efficient. In the end, saving you time and money.
What made you want to sell Toyota over other manufactures?
Honesty is the number one reason I work for Toyota. I didn't like going to bed wondering if my customers would be upset with me when their vehicle started to have issues. After working at a Chevrolet dealership as a Sales Consultant, and seeing how many customers were having consistent issues with their vehicles, I really couldn't feel honest with myself selling my family, or friends that product. I knew the automobile industry had a bad reputation when I started, and I did not want to be representing an organization that would continue to fuel that reputation; so I did my research, and made the switch to Toyota.
What is your favorite restaurant?
I am a complete foodie, and enjoy eating pretty much everything. If I had to pick a personal favorite right this moment, I would say Johnny's Bar & Steakhouse in Denver, PA.
What customers do you enjoy helping most?
I enjoy a challenge, but to be respected at the same time while doing my job. I enjoy working with everyone, mostly with customers from different ethnic backgrounds. I love learning about different cultures.
