How long have you been in the automotive industry?
I've been in the automotive industry since October 2012.  I've been with Performance Toyota for the entirety and couldn't imagine working for a better dealership!

What do you enjoy doing on your day off?
I spend my time off with my kids and family.  I'm very family oriented. I love planning little day-trips for us to go on and am always trying to find something fun for us to do. I want to give my kid's as many new experiences and memories as possible. 

 What can customers expect while working with you?

When customers work with me they can expect an honest and upbeat person looking to genuinely help them make the best purchasing decision, based on their needs and interests.

What made you want to sell Toyota over other manufactures?
Toyota's history for reliability, quality, and safety is what gained my interest in the brand. I feel that Toyota is the best manufacture to represent and I am proud to stand behind them.  I especially love working for the Performance Toyota team. I've loved the models I've had and I feel confident that my children are safe in them.

What is your favorite restaurant?
I really enjoy quite a few local spots. One of my favorites is Ganly's Pub. Local, family owned, and always good.

What customers do you enjoy helping most?
I genuinely enjoy helping all types of customers. I enjoy learning about different people and understanding their needs and interests.  Learning how to handle different situations is always valuable for me. It has helped me become better-rounded and to understand people and this industry better.

I enjoy traveling to different places, spending time with my family, and going to good restaurants.

Toyota was the company that gave me the opportunity to work in the car business. Hey, it's the #1 car company, #1 car sold in America, we have the most reliable cars! There are tons of reasons, and I am proud of it. 


What is your favorite restaurant?
The Lighthouse. It is located in West New York, NJ. Great food!!! 

What customers do you enjoy helping most?
I enjoy helping every single customer. Everyone has a different need, and a different story. Also, I enjoy helping Spanish speaking customers.

How long have you been in the automotive industry?
My automotive career began in 2001 as a salesperson selling the best cars on the planet. In the three years that I sold vehicles, I've met some of the best people ever from all walks of life. I made the jump to Business Manager March of 2003, and have been doing it ever since. I love my job. It brings me joy from the moment my customers sign the paperwork to them getting in their new car.   

What do you enjoy doing on your day off?
My two children are my first, and foremost, priority. When I am not at work, I am usually spending as much time as I can with them. I also enjoy the game of golf. I try to play at least twice a week but it's definitely hard in my line of work. I do manage to maintain a respectable 10-12 handicap.  

What can customers expect while working with you?
Customers can expect a truly pleasant, and courteous expereince while working with me. I understand that your time is valuable, and you can be confident in knowing that I will provide straight-forward, honest answers to any and all of your questions.  

What made you want to sell Toyota over other manufactures?
I've been with Toyota for my entire automotive career, and I have come to learn that they are the best cars on the planet. Bar none, when it comes to quality, dependability, reliability and resale value. My confidence, and belief in the product pretty much keep me from considering anything else.

What is your favorite restaurant?
Mikura is my favorite restaurant. I was recommended the Cindy Roll, and I was immediately hooked. They are to die for!

What customers do you enjoy helping most?
I love working with all customers, but it's especially gratifying when I am able to help someone who's had challenges in their past get into a new car. When I see them so happy and excited, it makes me smile, and reminds me why I love my job.

How long have you been in the automotive industry?
I've been working in auto sales since July 2007. I can't imagine doing anything else. I'm fortunate to work in a place that supports me, and encourages me to move forward.

What do you enjoy doing on your day off?
Working the hours I do, and being a single mom, I spend every minute I can with my two children, Joey and Ariana. Hiking is probably in one of our top five things to do. We spend a lot of time with our dog, Chewy, at Blue Marsh. Any time we can get into nature is good. We like to take short camping trips, always to the beach: Assateague, Virginia Beach, Cape Henlopen. We love the water and the wildlife.

What can customers expect while working with you?
Respect. I try my very best to fulfill all of my customers' expectations. I take the time to get to know my clients. I listen to their list of wants and needs to help guide them in their purchase decision. I take pride in my product knowledge, and I'll use that information to help you find the perfect car. I understand getting a car is an important decision, and I won't pressure anyone into making a purchase that they are not comfortable with. Buying a vehicle with me is an easy process. When you sit at my desk it's like you're sitting in my living room. I do my best to make you feel welcomed. I also believe that the sale doesn't end when you leave our dealership. I fully expect to forge a lifelong relationship with my clients. If you treat people well they will come back. Thus far, it's been working.

What made you want to sell Toyota over other manufactures?
Honestly, when I first started selling cars I didn't even know Toyota was a good car. Through the extensive training Toyota requires, as well as our internal dealership training, I've come to realize not only is Toyota a good car, it's the BEST car. I'm thankful that I can stand behind my product. I don't have to make excuses for it. I don't have to answer phone calls asking why this or that doesn't work, it just does. That gives me a sense of peace and pride. I can go to sleep at night knowing that by helping someone into a Toyota I truly have done them a service.

What is your favorite restaurant?
MIKURA. It's absolutely to die for. It's a Thai restaurant, and hands down the best Thai food ever. They also have great sushi. I highly recommend the Red Curry and the Cindy Rolls. Num, num, num, num.
