What’s happening?

We are excited to announce that we are renovating and expanding our service building! We will be doubling the number of service bays, while also updating them to be more efficient for our technicians, allowing them to work in a more comfortable and productive environment. Construction will begin Monday, March 7th, and is projected to be completed in early September 2022. During construction, we will be open as normal, and for you as a customer, things will remain the same. We leased a service building 5 miles down Penn Ave that our technicians will be working out of in the interim. We also hired professional drivers to transport vehicles back and forth from our current building to the interim service building. We invite you to come back to this page, as we will be updating it with pictures and videos as the construction is completed!



What does this mean to you as a customer?

Nothing will change for you as a customer. The directions for servicing your vehicle will remain the same, and are listed below:

  • 1) Drop your vehicle off at our current service building; a friendly porter will be there to greet you and sign in your vehicle.
  • 2) Our professional drivers will take your vehicle to the interim service building 5 miles away on Penn Ave.
  • 3) While your vehicle is being serviced, feel free to wait in our service building lounge that has complimentary WiFi, Starbucks Coffee, an assortment of teas, and freshly baked sugar and chocolate chip cookies.  If you don’t feel like waiting, we can order you a complimentary Lyft to your home, work, or wherever you need to be.
  • 4) When finished being serviced, our professional drivers will bring your vehicle back to our current service building, where our Reconditioning Team will provide a complimentary wash.
  • 5) Your service advisor will give you a call when your vehicle is ready to hit the road. If you need a ride back to the dealership, we are happy to provide you with a complimentary Lyft.  We can even have our drivers drop your vehicle off at your house or work. Please ask your advisor for more details.

We appreciate your patience during this construction period, as normal wait times may increase.  It is our goal to get you safely on the road as quickly as possible.

When will construction be completed?

  • Construction will begin on March 7th and is projected to end at the beginning of September of this year (2022).  We will be constantly updating this page with a confirmed completion date as the construction process takes place.

Where do I drop my car off for service?

Will your Service Building Lounge still be open?

  • Yes! Our service building lounge will be open during construction. Here we have complimentary WiFi, Starbucks Coffee, an assortment of teas, and freshly baked cookies.  We even have an open desk if you need to get some work done.

Will you still offer complimentary car washes?

  • Yes! Every vehicle serviced with us will also receive a complimentary wash, thanks to our reconditioning department. In case of inclement weather, and we are not washing vehicles, we invite you to bring your vehicle back for a complimentary wash.

Will waiting times be affected by the construction?

  • It is our goal to have your vehicle serviced, washed, and ready to hit the road as quickly as possible.  There are a lot of moving parts internally during this construction, so we may experience longer than normal wait times.  We appreciate your patience during this time. We also offer complimentary vehicle drop-off if you do not want to wait for your vehicle at the dealership.  Please ask your service advisor for more details!
